The range is deliberately compact rather than huge. In return, Wildfang concentrates on a few clearly declared recipes.
Grain free recipes with exact individual declaration, for example Adult Wild with game and salmon or Huhn pur in BARF quality.
Coffee wood and olive wood, antlers, chew roots, cheese and leather bones as well as training snacks with around 80 % meat.
A separate line with hypoallergenic and sensitive recipes for delicate stomachs or overweight dogs.
Recipes and meat content
For dry food, the variety Adult Wild grain free has a meat content of 50 percent from game and salmon. The wet food Huhn pur in BARF quality even reaches 76 percent, broken down into breast and leg meat, heart, stomach and liver.
Independent tests praise exactly this transparent individual declaration. However, they also point out that 50 percent in the dry food is below the often used reference value of 60 percent and that, at 27 percent sweet potato, the carbohydrate content is comparatively high.
Chews and vital snacks
The chews are gently dried. The training snacks come in poultry or fish varieties, complemented by special vital snacks for calming, the immune system, skin and coat or dental care.

In an independent comparison of 16 dry food brands, Wildfang comes in 2nd with the variety Adult Wild, with an overall rating of 4.3 out of 5 points for the brand. The wet food Huhn pur does even a little better with 4.5 out of 5 points.
There are still points of criticism: the missing calcium value on the wet food declaration, the lack of an organic certification and the rather limited choice of varieties compared to bigger brands. Overall, though, the picture is clearly positive, especially when it comes to the transparency of the ingredient list.
